Greg Bardell

creator and director

Greg first obtained his real estate license in 1990 and has been a full time agent his entire career. He is the sole creator and mastermind behind the CertainSale Program. This program has been offered in the past, since its start in 1995, throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland and even Nebraska. There is no other program in the market like it. In 2010, Greg entered the real estate brokerage business and in 3 short years, built a company with over 55 real estate agents, 1,000 transactions and over $220M in sales. He sold that franchise in the summer of 2014 to pursue the opportunity to be the first Realty ONE Group office east of the Mississippi River. Greg is currently the Broker of Record at Realty ONE Group Unlimited in Lancaster, PA and is the Regional Director for Realty ONE Group for the Mid Atlantic Region - which includes Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware and Washington D.C.

Shelley Snow

Program manager

I've been a licensed Realtor for over 20 years!

Many changes have occurred in the industry and in the market in the last twenty years. But the one constant is that the customer is always looking for a Realtor that can help them feel comfortable with the selling or purchasing process. My years of experience and variety of learning opportunities helps me better assist Sellers and Buyers in making an informed decision about their real estate transaction. I am eager to serve you. Here are some of the things I can do for you:

Find Your Next Home
You need someone who knows this area inside and out! I can work with you to find the right home at the right price for you, including all the neighborhood amenities that matter - not to mention the essential criteria you have for your ideal home

Sell a Home
When it's time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. I can take care of everything you need, from start to close.

Consult on Home Selling Tactics
Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.
